Having worked with 4 US based product MNCs for 12 years in India as well as the US, I got the opportunity to interview thousands of engineers and campus-hire at IISc, IITs & NITs. I also led and managed several smart engineers at the workplace.
Given that background and the fact that I interact with tens of smart individuals everyday, I am in a unique position to connect hiring managers with talented and motivated developers, saving time and resources for both parties.
